My self-defense workshops offer an empowering and comprehensive approach to self-protection, teaching both the physical and psychological aspects of self-defense. Unlike many programs that focus solely on kicking and punching—often escalating situations and fostering false confidence—I provide a holistic strategy that equips participants to proactively identify and address potential dangers, as well as what to do if they find themselves in a dangerous situation.
With nearly two decades of experience, including a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, two world titles, and a background in security, I emphasize building confidence and awareness. My goal is to help individuals navigate their lives with greater freedom and safety.
